Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Measure raw materials/chemicals by volume and/or weight using devices such as scales, graduated cylinders, and volumetric flasks.
Load raw materials/chemicals, and DI water into mixing vessels.
Affix and adjust mixers and heating elements to mixing vessels to assure proper manufacturing parameters are met.
Operate fill stations to bottle per work order requirements.
Label and package bottles and other containers into appropriate cartons.
Document production process following established procedures and work instructions to assure consistent finish solutions.
Operate forklift and pallet jack in moving, loading, and unloading supplies, and equipment within facility.
Routine maintenance & troubleshooting of equipment.
Essential Job Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to pass a Respirator Fit Test and Pulmonary Function Test in order to utilize a Respirator while working
Basic Mechanical aptitude/skills

Preferred Experience
3 to 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
3 to 5 years of experience working in a chemical mixing environment
3 to 5 years of experience working safely in or around hazardous material
Physical Requirements
Regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals, frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather).
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell.
