Director of Mental Health Position in Brighton, MA
We are excited to announce opportunities for a Director of Mental Health in Brighton, MA. Our mission-driven organization is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to underinsured, uninsured, and low-income populations across Massachusetts.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive Salary Range based on experience ($96,000 - $137,500)

Responsibilities:
12 Hours of Management Work / 28 Hours of Clinical Work
Travels Between 2 Offices (Brighton and Waltham)
No Weekends, No On-Call, No Holidays
Requirements:
Current and Active LMHC License or LICSW License in Massachusetts
5 Years of Mental Health Experience Required
3 Years of Leadership, Management, or Supervisory Experience Preferred
Experience in providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting
