Job Description

$18 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities:

Working collaboratively with the JP Debt Lawsuit Defense team to ensure all JP cases are worked properly from open to close

Critical thinking for the next steps on a case within the parameters set by the firm and catered to the case's/client's needs

Resolving cases through active negotiations with the Plaintiff's Attorney

Monitoring Legal Assistant's work product

Adhering to all deadlines for cases, including motions, trials, mediations, etc.Qualifications:

Must have superb organizational and problem-solving skills

Must be knowledgeable with the TRCP

Must have e-filing experience

Must have civil litigation experience

Experience with Justice of the Peace courts is strongly preferredAbout Company
