David Mayfield - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide clients with product line options and white-glove service to help drive sales
Comfortable in communication with existing or potential clients, both in email and phone
Maintain agency success through value-based relationships with clients.QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales experience preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Self motivated
Driven by sales and commission earning
Property & Casualty license preferred
Ability to Obtain Life & Health license
