SR. ELECTRICAL TEST ENGINEER IN REDMOND, WA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

BSEE, BSME, or BSCS required.

5+ years of professional hands-on electro-mechanical or electrical test experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in creating, executing, analyzing, and reporting on hardware testing.

Experience using lab equipment like o-scopes, dmm’s, programmable power supplies, etc.

Experience in board bring up, system bring-up and validation.

Experience with battery testing.

Knowledge of power delivery and PMIC characterization.

Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.

Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Background checks are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in schematic capture, PCB design, system bring-up, and validation.

Experience using lab equipment and soldering components down to 0402.

Familiar with CAD tools like Altium, OrCAD, and Allegro.

Knowledge of I2C, SPI, I3C, PCIe, USB, DSI, CSI.

Experience working with SoC, cameras, and sensors.

Experience with embedded systems.

Experience with writing test scripts using Python.

Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Experience with design of experiments (DOE).

Experience with Familiar Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Six Sigma experience (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a bonus.

This position works in a lab environment on new innovative products for the consumer electronics space. You will work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements. Someone who loves to be hands-on with an analytical and inquisitive mind would work well in this position.
