Carpenter / Handyman
Job Title: Residential Remodel Carpenter / Handyman
Compensation: $25-$35 per hour
Employment Type: Part-time to Full-time
Minimum Experience: 10 years in residential remodel
Requirements:
Clean driving record, CDL preferred
Drug-free, smoking is not allowed on-site or at the workplace
Honest, thorough, good communicator
Highly organized and dedicated

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the superintendent and management daily
Clarify methods, materials, and tools required before leaving the shop
Complete punch lists necessary for project progression
Coordinates clean up, tools and materials required and schedule implications
Creates daily logs daily to accurately document the progress of the work
Job Duties:
Concrete, excavation, rain drains, gates, fences
Light framing, installation of windows, doors, millwork
Flooring, shower doors, medicine cabinets, vanities, and accessories
Preferred Qualifications:
Custom framing, including hand cut roofs
Concrete
Woodworking and cabinetry experience
Experience in design a plus (architecture engineering, manufacturing)
