Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – SAP FICO

Required to have excellent knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 HANA Implementation & Support Projects.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for implementing Finance Module, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Financial Supply Chain Management, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and driving integration with Logistics Modules in SAP and third-party applications.

· Implement SAP Projects in Finance and Accounting domain covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and Financial Supply Chain Management

· Employ knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) in SAP solutions.

· Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, and perform POCs and demonstrations for standardized and customized gap solutions.

· Understand implementation life cycle and independently design and develop solutions that address business requirements and recommend industry best practices.

· Lead cross functional discussions to analyze requirements and brainstorm solutions.

· Communicate with client and stakeholders and responsible for discussions at various levels with business users and clients.

· Responsible for SAP ECC and S4 HANA Implementation & Support Projects.

· Facilitate business requirements gathering discussions/ workshops.

· Supports the Business Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s).

· Create detailed user stories that are well understood both by clients and technical/development team. Create detailed functional specification document.

· Pre-qualifies and prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projected to the Project Manager & team.

Minimum Qualifications

· Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, Any Graduates.

· MBA/MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Experience analyzing processes to determine areas for improvement, increased efficiency and cost reduction, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

· Experience working in a global business environment with a clear understanding of acquisitions, global processes and transactional flows is an advantage.
