Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect any suspicious activity

Respond to alarms and alerts in a timely manner

Coordinate with security personnel to address any security breaches

Document and report any incidents or irregularities

Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities

Qualifications

Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred

Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure

Strong attention to detail and observation skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in using CCTV monitoring software and equipment
