Director of FP&A

Venteon Finance is currently seeking a DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS for a growing marketing and technology company located in the Oakland County, MI. This position will work with partners across finance and the leadership team to meet and exceed established goals.

REQUIREMENTS of the Director of FP&A role

Minimum 10+ diversified FP&A and Strategic Financial experience

Prior exposure to SAAS industry / business model

Automotive marketing industry / retail industry preferred

Supervisory Experience

MBA Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Director of FP&A

Manage and continue to develop the FP&A team

Manage key financial processes including, forecasting, budget planning, performance reporting, contract financial modeling, and others

Develop new processes as needed or improve existing processes relating to financial planning/reporting

Collaborating across all levels of the company, manage and develop metrics to track company-wide trends, and identify and provide recommendations on improvement opportunities

Provide financial analysis and commentary to key partners including the board, CEO, CFO, executive leadership, and program managers
