Math Tutor (High School Math)

Our Lincoln Park Center is looking for dedicated PART-TIME Tutors for Math (Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Pre-calculus, Calculus, and ACT/SAT Prep).

The Opportunity:

Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting.

There are no lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade.

Flexible, part-time hours – afternoon, evening, weekend, and summer.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree.

State teaching credentials are preferred, but not required.

Excellent student interaction skills in 1-1 settings.

Available to work 3-4 days per week (Min-10 HR per wk.), including weekends.

Ability to score in the 85th percentile or above on at least one section of the ACT or SAT. (Test needs to be taken)

Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students.

Pay: $17-$18 per hour.
