What We Are Looking For
Exceptional opportunity to become the Commercial Plumbing Project Manager for an Atlanta based commercial plumbing contractor company.
The Commercial Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager will act as the liaison between the General Contractors and Field Managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

$65,000 - $75,000* yearly salary

Your Responsibilities
Generate business through identifying and building relationships with General Contractors
Sell bids to General Contractors
Act as the first line of communication and liaison between the General Contractor and field team to ensure proper execution & timely completion of projects
Forecast, plan and schedule projects out, scheduling subcontractors for the jobs and adjusting the plan as changes occur
Confirm project plans ahead of time, ensuring the project is on track
Look ahead at current workload, adjusting for backlog and bridging gaps in work (keeping the business flowing)
Resolve issues and discrepancies to avoid cost inefficiencies and delays
Account for all extra billable work
Coordinate with other trades
Coordinate with other team members to efficiently allocate manpower
Create accurate estimates/bids using bidding and estimating software and reviewing blueprints, specs and renderings
Qualifications We Require
Minimum of 5 years of hands on commercial plumbing experience
Minimum of 3 years of small to mid-scale commercial plumbing estimating/project management experience
Valid driver’s license
