Job Description
Integrity Plumbing Inc. is looking for a full-time, outgoing person to fill our open position for Receptionist.
The Receptionist would be responsible for day-to-day clerical duties including and not limited to answering the phone, setting appointments tracking orders, and sometimes assisting the team with other admin duties as they arise. The perfect candidate would also aid our accounting team and possess technological skills to jump right in with some of our software suites.
Requirements:
Great personality.
Personable phone and customer service skills.
Time management and drive to work well with a team.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Above-average organizational skills
Preferred education and experience
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with QuickBooks (Helpful, but we can train the right candidate.)
