Job Description:

As a Clinic Manager at True Test, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care while fostering a positive work environment for our staff. Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service (e.g., Going the Extra Mile, Building Positive and Fun Relationships, Being Selfless, Taking Initiative, Leading by Example, Loyalty and Being Enthusiastic, etc.)

Provide strategic leadership and direction to clinic staff, including physicians, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.

Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation, to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines to maintain the highest level of patient safety and quality of care.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and streamline workflow.

Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among clinic staff.

Act as a liaison between clinic staff, management, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinic leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.

Demonstrated history of effectively managing clinic operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.

Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in clinic management.

CPR certification and knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
