Customer Service Representative - Direct hire opportunity !

Requirements:

2-5 years' experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management.

2 years of technical sales background

Inside Sales within a manufacturing environment

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and support other departments as needed.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Proficiency using ERP systems

Responsibilities:

Provide product information and resolving issues.

Manage returns and freight claims.

Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Process orders in the ERP system and provide sales and freight quotes.

Support the Sales Team by coordinating trade shows, product training, and special projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary based on experience ($23.00 - $26.00 per hour).
