Job Summary:
The ideal candidate either has experience working as Corporate Services Recruiter (admin professional's focus) with experience within a recruiting agency This candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and can take a hands-on approach to building business opportunities.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster)
Craft and send recruiting emails
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or some college
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Hard working and eager to contribute to individual and team success
Proactive, self-starter, ability to take direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
