Client Services Coordinator
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
Hybrid Position (T/TH in-office)
Pay: $18/hr.
Contract Position through February/March 2025
The Client Services Coordinator works closely with the designated CS team overseeing our client accounts. This role is responsible for supporting various aspects of the candidate and worker experience.
Essential Functions:
Manage a high volume of calls and email inquires
Average 20-40 calls daily
Extend contingent offers to qualified candidates
Coordinate with onboarding team to provide background check updates to candidates, while contributing to strong and consistent candidate engagement
Follow standard operating procedures for client processes and update internal/HRIS systems accordingly
Assist contingent workers in starting their assignment
Check-ins with contingent workers
Monitor and manage timecard submittals in VMS tool
Assist in updating personal information in internal HRIS
Coordinate with payroll team for timecard/pay concerns
Coach contingent workers on performance, attendance, and any other behavioral concerns
Notify contingent workers of assignment termination
Communicate with client stakeholders via email, phone, video meetings, etc.
Manage offboarding for contingent workers including equipment return updates
Assist other team members and/or support other accounts as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required
Customer service experience
Experience utilizing Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must have reliable internet connection and comfortable using personal cell phone for business purposes
