Job Description

Great opportunity in between Riverside and Palm Springs, CA for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) to work in a Mobile Health Unit.

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Must have atleast 1+ yrs exp in Primary Care

Ideally someone already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid

Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - 8 hour shifts - no call

3-4 patients per hour

Mobile Health Unit

EMR used is currently Integrity but switching to Epic

Looking for mission driven providers to help the community in need

Solid base salary with quarterly compliance bonuses per patient, $10K sign on, relocation, and loan repayment options available
