Job Description

The ideal candidate has prior full-desk or business development recruitment experience within a recruiting agency, an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and can take a hands-on approach to building business opportunities. Must have a book of business in the digital marketing industry!

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and manage client relationships with a focus on senior-level digital marketing direct hire/permanent needs.

Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical business solutions.

Track and record sales activity in ATS.

Lead meetings to increase efficiency and drive accountability.

Deliver and execute best practices related to business development and recruitment.

Contribute to a strategic plan that outlines growth objectives and a road map.

Achieve established sales and performance goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years' experience working for a Staffing Agency.

Bachelor’s Degree

Proven success in achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ATS

Hardworking and eager to contribute to individual and team success

Proactive, self-starter, ability to take direction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
