Job Description

Moving company based in NYC is looking for experienced, energetic, dedicated Foremen to join our team! preferably Russian and English speaker.

Daily Job Duties:

Foremen must have leadership skills as they are responsible to manage the ensure moving process.

Senior foreman must be able to do carpentry work and provide white-glove treatment

They oversee the moving crew and direct contact with dispatch throughout the moving day

Understand DOT rules and basic trucks requirement

Understand the moving paperwork and capturing client signatures and follow up

Must represent the company well on the move and discipline his team when necessary

Building and developing their teams

Handle difficult situations and able to represent the company well

Requirements:

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Leadership skills

Moving Experience, a MUST

Furniture handling – Wrapping & Packing

Ability to lift at least 70 lbs

Warehouse Experience a Plus

General Laborer Experience is a Plus

Ability to apply safety practices and work smart!
