ODE AUTO REPAIR & TIRE is a leading automotive repair and maintenance service center dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Adviser to join our team. As an Automotive Service Adviser, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong customer relationships and ensuring their automotive needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Assist customers in scheduling appointments for automotive services, ensuring efficient turnaround times

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose automotive issues

Explain repairs needed to customers in a clear and concise manner, including cost estimates, timelines, and available options

Create detailed work orders, including parts and labor information, for technicians to follow

Monitor the progress of automotive repairs and communicate updates to customers in a timely manner

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered

Requirements

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Adviser or related role

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficient in computer software and systems used in automotive service centers

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology is a plus
