Seeking an experienced Engineering, Procurement, And Construction (EPC) Executive for a Full-Time role in Mumbai Suburban. Join a top Real Estate developer, Paradigm Realty, known for luxury homes and timely delivery. Company size: 201-500 employees.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction field

Expertise in Construction Management, Contract Management, and procurement strategies

Proficient in Drawing, Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), and purchase order management

Knowledge of Building Management Systems and site finishing processes

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities for real estate projects

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution

Oversee construction quality, cost control, and adherence to project timelines

Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials and services

Ensure compliance with building management systems and industry regulations
