Your role

Are you an experienced and confident sales trader across High Touch and Low Touch execution? Are your market analysis skills second to none? Do you have ETD product knowledge? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

• lead a team of high performing sales traders across high touch and low touch execution desks across APAC

• develop and implement a strategic business plan focused on client and revenues growth

• provide seamless coverage to our Global Markets Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) clients with a very high level of attention to detail and accuracy

• partner with ETD Clearing Sales (relationship managers) in providing coverage solutions to our strategic partners to ensure we provide an excellent service and wide offering

• develop and grow client relationships by providing market information, commentary and best execution service

• follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits and guidelines

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Markets Execution Services team in Hong Kong. We have a successful derivatives franchise covering both Over-The-Counter (OTC) and Listed product across voice execution and electronic trading. Our role is to offer a complete suite of front-to-back one stop solutions. We help our clients access the investments that match their specific needs.

Your expertise

• 10+ years of experience in providing first class execution services in listed derivatives with people management experience

• in depth understanding of both high touch and low touch execution channels

• sales experience: establishing requirement and pitching solutions

• excellent presentation and communication skills

• very analytical, with a knack for analyzing market patterns

• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)

• outwardly confident and able to work well under pressure
