Job Description

Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Hiring Range: LCSWA $53,000.00 - $57,000.00 LCSW $65,000.00 - $71,000.00

The Bilingual Integrated Behavioral Health Specialist will perform professional clinical social work with women and their families in both interdisciplinary and outpatient settings.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establish therapeutic relationships and provide clinical therapy and/or brief intervention with women and their families

Complete comprehensive clinical assessment and/or brief assessment according to client need and setting

Develop treatment plan related to client needs and goals

Intervene using evidence-based practices appropriate for the need and setting

Provide client education, make referrals, and follow-ups as determined by client and family needs

Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to address the needs of women

Education/Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in social work. An Associate licensed professional will be considered for this position although a fully-licensed professional is preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

License: License to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Associate in North Carolina

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

General knowledge of social, economic and mental health problems; and maternal mental health diagnosis

Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to substance use disorder treatment and provision of MOUD services and HIPAA and CFR.2 and other confidentiality laws

Ability to identify social problems and needs; solve problems within scope of responsibility

Possess ability to deal tactfully with others, exercise good judgement in appraising situations and making decisions

Ability to secure the cooperation of clients, to elicit needed information and to maintain effective working relationships

Accurately record services rendered

Ability to interpret and explain records, reports and medical instruction
