Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to team members.

Set clear expectations and goals for the team.

Arrange and coordinate the daily transport -plan, optimize, allocate, and execute, and ensure all store door import/export requirements are maintained to achieve a timely departure of cargo

Ensures that all store door import/export requirements are maintained to ensure the timely departure of import/export cargo as per service delivery requirements

Reports daily store door movements, service failure issues, and other challenges to the supervisor

Improves inland operations processes

Monitors and resolves problems to ensure movement of idle containers

Tracks and reports potential demurrage

Coordinates with trucker, line, and terminal operations to ensure the movement of containers as planned

Maintains data integrity through accurate inputs/updates to all related systems

Implements methods and measures to drive intermodal, positioning, and storage costs down

Who are looking for

Bachelor’s Degree diploma or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation

Excellent communication skills, ability to focus on detail and to work independently

Microsoft Office proficiency

Fluency in English & Turkish

Confident and effective communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders, your team, and Manager

Ability to stay flexible and customer-centric while keeping in mind process and cost optimization need
