Responsibilities: To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondence & following up on pending matters Weekly OT record, staff annual leave record, subcon working hour checking To perform general clerical task & duties Responsible for any assigned general administrative job To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required directed or instructed by Supervisor Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level At least 1 year of working experience in related field Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Computer Skill Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Able to work independently Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm Interested candidates please send your resume or call us at .
