Senior Principal Engineer

Drive the overall execution of projects based on project requirements.

-Review mechanical and/or electrical system designs, specifications, calculations and other submittals.

-Oversee the project assessment phases.

-Ensures the mechanical and/or electrical systems designs and models developed are in accordance to project requirements.

-Lead the tendering processes and is responsible for the projects' costs and budgets.

-Manage a team of engineers and ensure continuous performance improvement.

-May be expected to perform the responsibilities of a Qualified Person in accordance with the Building Control Act.

-Meticulous and highly detail-oriented.

-Keen to drive new technologies adoptions.

-Expert in mechanical and/or electrical engineering fields.

-Analytical.

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

-Demonstrates strong leadership in leading project teams and is an effective communicator.

-Required to work in office and at project sites.
