Do you have a passion for the hospitality industry and experience leading a team? We are seeking experienced, highly motivated and driven Duty Managers to join our Food and Beverage leadership teams, working in the region’s premier destination for dining, events and entertainment.

The Role

As a Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage team, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining guest satisfaction. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences will be essential for success in this role.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Retail, Business, or related field (desirable)

Previous experience at a managerial level within a Hospitality, Retail, Business, or related environment.

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment.

Current Responsible Management of Licenced Venues Certificate and Approved Manager’s Licence.

Current Pool Lifeguard Award Statement of Attainment, or willingness to obtain. (applicable to Quarterdeck/Splash Bar only)

Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 Provide First Aid) and CPR (HLATID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) qualifications. (applicable to Quarterdeck/Splash Bar only)

Previous experience responding to and resolving disputes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers and guests.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills

Team player and hands on with the flexibility to help out and support your colleagues

Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
