AU Billing and Revenue Officer

This is a remote position.

1. Billing and Invoicing:

• Generate accurate and timely invoices in compliance with contractual terms and agreements.

• Ensure consistency in billing processes and handle exceptions when necessary.

2. Revenue Recognition:

• Work closely with the Finance team to support revenue recognition processes in accordance with relevant accounting standards and company

policies.

3. Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile member accounts, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries.

4. Reporting and Analytics:

• Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide insights into revenue performance.

• Analyze billing data and provide recommendations for improving revenue management.

5. Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal taxation regulations and reporting requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Revenue Assurance Officer or in a similar finance role.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and revenue automation.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and financial analysis.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Analytical mindset and the ability to work with complex data.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address customer inquiries.

Knowledge of taxation regulations and compliance is a plus.

Relevant certifications in Salesforce or finance is a plus
