Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and supporting the growth of our traditional and social media content offerings. This position involves managing tasks related to third-party providers and content partners, overseeing media list checks, activations, updates, and orders, while also ensuring the invoicing and profitability of third-party content. Key aspects of the role include building and sustaining relationships with content partners, supporting project operations and client services, troubleshooting content issues and ensuring timely and accurate content delivery to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining subscriptions, pricing information, and product updates for both in-house and third-party content.

You will report directly to the Project Manager and work with the Client Services team to support content delivery and the onboarding of new clients and the day-to-day management and optimization of client profiles.

As we are dealing with clients in the APAC region, you are expected to have a strong command in the written language of English and any of the key Asian Languages (i.e. Chinese, Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese etc.). Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a language translation test.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage invoicing processes with third-party providers, ensuring timely payments and monitoring volume and profitability.

Support the onboarding, maintenance, updates, order and cancellations of clients with third-party providers.

Maintain accurate information on media lists, pricing, and onboarding processes from content partners or third-party providers.

Troubleshoot issues related to content processing or delivery

Ensure all clients receive their content on time and in the correct format

Support in setting up news-gathering projects for the clients on the company’s portal in accordance with the requirements provided

Work closely with the Project Manager and the Client Services team to support the day-to-day management and optimization of clients’ media monitoring profiles

Review and optimise existing clients’ profiles to ensure the media intelligence gathered are relevant

Manage and resolve tickets filed by colleagues in the APAC region

Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Working Arangement: Hybrid

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role, managing content, product, or project management, or media intelligence.

Strong project management capabilities

Strong understanding of regional and local media landscape

Attention to detail

Strong problem-solving mindset

Understanding of media monitoring industry is a plus

Strong command in the written language of English and any of the key Asian Languages (i.e. Chinese, Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese etc.)

Strong written command in more Asian Key Languages is a plus

Knowledge of Boolean operators is a plus
