Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will maintain a strong, consultative relationship with our clients in the personal lines sector. Prioritizing client loyalty, you will collaborate with agency producers in handling and processing new and renewal business.

What You Will Do
Serve as the main point of contact for all service needs of your assigned book of business.
Assess and evaluate renewal requests for compliance with underwriting guidelines, providing assistance when needed.
Work with Account Associates to ensure tasks related to assigned accounts, including binding coverage, invoicing, and collecting premiums are handled properly.
Focus on client retention, working collaboratively with the Sales Consultant to ensure a high retention rate.
Manage customer requests and correspondence related to assigned clients, covering desks for the team as needed.
Stay informed about rates, forms, and coverage changes, and acquire knowledge of the company's submissions and proposals process for policies.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred
Property & Casualty insurance license required
5+ years of Account Management Experience
Proficiency in Applied Systems, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools
