Salary: Salary + Per Diem

No CDL Required

T K Group, Inc. is seeking to hire couples or teams of two from across the United States to work full-time as Mobile Hearing Technicians. These Technician Teams travel across the country, working and living together, conducting hearing tests for industrial employees while providing excellent customer service. CDL-A not required!

This position offers an excellent comprehensive pay package including salary, paid lodging, per diems, commission and more. ABOUT T K GROUP, INC.

Since 1987, located in Cherry Valley, IL we have been conducting safety testing in the lower 48 states. Our services include occupational: hearing tests with worker training, respiratory testing, vision screening, substance screening and more.

Our testing units are typically operated by two-person teams to ensure our clients have a positive on-site experience. We are committed to providing our employees with a positive travel experience which is why we offer paid lodging and a daily per diem for meals. We also provide four weeks of on-the-job technical training on our audio equipment and testing software.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MOBILE HEARING TECHNICIAN

As a Mobile Hearing Technician, you enjoy traveling across the country and meeting new people. You or your partner safely operate a company-owned testing unit and are on the road most weeks of the year (minus vacation and end of year downtime). With your partner, you conduct hearing tests, test sound levels, instruct industrial employees on proper hearing protection and interpret and explain hearing test results. Our clients enjoy your positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.

You communicate regularly by email and phone with the main office to receive job instructions and report any issues. You use computer and audiometric technology daily to conduct testing and upload test results to the main office.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TECHNICIAN TEAM

Minimum one year customer service experience

Moderate computer experience

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications

Attention to detail

Ability to adapt to constant change

Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

Both team members must have a DOT medical card

Clean driving record

Ability to pass range of motion physical

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Ability to successfully complete criminal background check

No pets/children/additional riders
