Registered Nurse Supervisor - Long Term Care

RN SUP - LTC

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Supervisor candidates for the Long Term Care position will have the following job responsibilities:

Our client is calling for RN Supervisor in Kodiak, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.

Up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Variable Shift

The Nursing Supervisor provides overall leadership and direction to the clinical staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor candidates for the Long Term Care position must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Nursing or advanced Nursing Degree.

Hires as of January 2018 with less than 20 years of nursing experience: Required within three years.

All others: Not required.

Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

3 years Clinic and/or community nursing work experience that includes one year of geriatric nursing.

Nursing leadership experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Supervisory experience.

Experience managing a budget.

Base Salary - USD $85,401 to $135,187
