Designation: Senior Executive, People Team Location: Mumbai Payroll: Third Party Opportunity: Full Time Background: This role is responsible for initiatives to support D&B’s culture and drive employee engagement activities as well as internal event communications, building D&B’s Culture on social media and externally and internally, the employee engagement survey process and action planning, and helping in corporate responsibility programs as well as collaborating with teams and building relationships.
Being the culture custodian for D&B India.
Culture, Communication & Engagement: Help Lead the C&E plan for D&B India – budgets, end-end processes and initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and celebrations. End to end planning activities and actions for the engagement calendar for the year
Create and deliver fun and engaging employee experiences that create an engaged, connected, inclusive, aligned, and motivated employee base.
Fun @ work –organization-wide team engagement plans such as family day, festivals, offsites etc.
Regular internal communications such as emailer, invites and surveys for collecting data, creating hype for marketing the initiatives and events.
Be a culture custodian of D&B - Analyze, prioritize, and take action based on employee feedback and data.
Operations - Maintain the Culture budget, Billing, invoicing and vendor process for C&E, Handling senior visitors – HR, HR strategy meetings owner. Communication: Town Halls – Prep of slides and coordination, Prepare Mailers & Presentations for C&E etc.
Extend support to learning and development initiatives.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualifications- Master’s in Human Resource Management or equivalent/ Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in C&E
Years of Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Computing Skills – Proficiency in M.S Office especially PowerPoint
Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of best practices
Strong project management skills
Good understanding of Company culture
Strong Co-ordination skills
Exceptional communication, story telling, and relationship building skills.
