Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Controller to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports

Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets

Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements

Create new processes to improve financial efficiency

Report analysis and findings to management team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or other related fields

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools

Detail and deadline-oriented

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Keeping records of all supporting docs of outgoing shipments in case of dispute

Bank deposits

Ach reconciliation

Credit review Alianz/Euhler

Monitoring outstanding credit limits

Requesting credit on new customers

New Customer entry setting limits

Opening Mail

Keeping an accounting of incoming payments

Keeping an accounting of Petty Cash

Identifying discrepancies of payments vs billed amounts

Obtaining POD Backup

Measurements calculation + entry
