HR Operation Intern

The key responsibilities:

Assist in data maintenance / entry and system problem solving.

Act as the first employee contact point for internal systems support including MyHR, MXP, Navan…

Work with local HR in data cleaning and to improve data integrity and quality in the region.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis from reports and dashboards on Power BI.

Support the team with report requests and system assistance.

Support the region with any strategic projects and initiatives, including the integration of internal systems and platforms.

Required Skills:

Power BI skill is preferred

Power Point / Canva

Data visualization

Language: English

Able to commit 6 months internship
