Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced General Marketing Manager, Digital & Social Media Marketing to join our team. If you are creative, digital savvy, understand how digital & social media marketing influence sales and drive business success with it, we want you on our team!

A digital & social media marketing leader, you will be a key player to help drive Ingram Micro’s digital marketing and social media strategy to create symphonic revenue growth and will manage internal and external digital marketing teams to carry out and execute their strategy. You will oversee the digital marketing techniques being applied through the platforms to ensure it support the marketing outcome, that increase web traffic, brand awareness and influence sales.

They will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of paid and non-paid digital marketing and lead nurture programs.,

This is newly created role, and this position will be a Digital Strategist as a start which will evolve into a team as we attain stability. In this role, you will report to the Executive Director of Marketing, APAC and you will work closely with marketing, business partners, stakeholder to achieve the business objective and deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Developing the online marketing strategies of a business for APAC, across all countries

Using digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, web traffic, revenue growth and create an invaluable customer experience.

Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.

Work closely with product, sales, content and marketing team, to identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging and UX.

Expand our digital footprint and oversee our social communications efforts to increase brand awareness and affinity

Build short and long-term digital marketing roadmaps and budgets and manage our omni-channel campaign strategy in close collaboration with key stakeholders, and global/In-country marketing counterparts to help the business achieve its revenue goals.

Responsible for monitoring trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand.

Assist the in-country marketers to understand the digital marketing potentials, pitch marketing programs and campaigns to achieve a marketing outcome

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital and social media marketing.

Identifying the target audience and assist the creation of campaigns to inform, engage and motivate them towards specific goals.

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

Monitor and adjust marketing campaigns, so they run smoothly and reach the intended goals, whether that is to drive customer sales, partners acquisition or increase brand awareness.

Work with the Intelligent Digital Hub where the execution team reside, to ensure the most desired digital marketing tactics are adopted and expected outcome delivered

Analysing digital metrics to identify and review trends and insights and using the data to optimise performance.

Measures and reports performance of key digital marketing campaigns and assesses digital marketing processes, providing actionable insights by tracking goals such as ROI and key performance indicators (KPI).

Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Stay up-to-date with the online marketing trends, technologies in digital marketing, latest industry trends, business and customer challenges in order to continue to evolve

Skills and requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Minimum 15 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership position

A clear understanding of the B2B digital journey

IT industry, channel and/or tech market knowledge, preferred

Advanced knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and understand the customer journey, sales funnels, and marketing strategies

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Demonstrable experience leading and managing UX, UI, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, website design and/or display advertising campaigns and content marketing channels

Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms

Experience in Channel Marketing & Demand Generation, including strategizing campaigns, check on data build, leads & conversion.

Data-driven and highly analytical. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, social media analytics and more

Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Working knowledge of ad serving tools

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

The ability to use various marketing software such as Google Business Tools, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, WebTrends, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce and SEMRush

Broad hands on experience across paid channels (PPC, programmatic), organic media, website management (incl CRO) and marketing automation (Marketing & SFDC a plus).

Team Player, build strong working relationships with cross-department teams, and collaborate to accomplish shared goals.
