The Senior Systems Analyst will help automate manual business processes using RPA such as UiPath, MS Power automate etc to improve user productivity, build / source for new tools / technology and ensure seamless backend integration to support Business Systems ecosystems / new business needs defined by IT technology roadmap. Lastly, the incumbent will assist escalated cases from Production Support / other IT Team. SIM’s IT Business Systems covering common applications such as group websites, alumni portal, graduation portal, class and venue scheduling, Library systems, etc.
Ensure the IT Business Systems at SIM to meet the SLAs and expectations of all SIM Stakeholders, including People Development Fund. Enhance and provide 2nd level support to SIM’s Business Systems.
Design, execute enhancements and maintenance of IT Business Systems to ensure functional requirement, personal data protection, security requirement, robustness, scalability and service levels are met. This means to comply with all applicable IT policies and procedures in the process of achieving them.
Work on assigned projects to meet the agreed functionality, quality, schedule and cost. Scope of work includes but not limited to coding, configurations, develop reports and interfaces, testing, documentation, conduct training.
Support divisional activities if called upon, including Internal and external audit, business continuity/disaster recovery, team building and quarterly sharing and graduation support activities
Develop new technical skills and capabilities to ensure new technology/approaches are implemented to force the pivoting of skills.

Job Requirements
Degree in Information technology or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in software development and support in .net, SharePoint Online, automation scripting, and ideally UiPath RPA, etc
Understanding of good software design and software development practices
Familiar with SDLC and/or Agile methodology
Strong technical understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Microservices, API, Webservices, Database programming (RDS, SQL, MySQL/ Oracle), XML, HTTPS, WordPress, Kentico, etc.
Experience with the latest technologies in Web Applications Programming, CMS, digital assets/ tools, RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) or low code programming (Power Apps), etc.
Familiar with Cloud technologies/ AWS/ Azure platform including infra-related (Microsoft/ LINUX).
Logical problem-solving, analytical, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
