Compensation: $65k-$75k base salary // $85k-$90k OTE (negotiable)
Location: This position will combine a mix of work from home and 25% travel to clients in the Phoenix, Nashville, and Indianapolis areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth for the Phoenix portfolio
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients and foster existing relationships
Engage in proactive outreach efforts to connect with key decision-makers of local clients
Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management, utilizing CRM tools for efficient pipeline management
Collaborate closely with the revenue manager to optimize revenue generation strategies
Coordinate with various operational teams and sales coordinators to ensure client satisfaction and fulfillment on-site
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years of hotel sales experience within the greater Phoenix area
Extensive background in engaging with local businesses and transient business clients
Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Proficiency in verbal and written communication
Established network of potential clients for immediate lead generation
Demonstrated capability in crafting sales and marketing strategies and cultivating a diverse sales pipeline through various channels
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to understand and adeptly address client needs while collaborating effectively with internal teams
Strong grasp of sales processes and methodologies
Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce is advantageous
