Functional area: Operations & Maintenance

Grimsby Hub is the development of the Triton operational base being extended to deliver innovative SOV operations for the flagship Sofia windfarm, currently in construction, as well as future developments in the North Sea.

The main responsibility of the Asset Manager is supporting the General Manager in the management of the Windfarm commercial/technical/operational topics incl.:

Preparation for and handover of commercial operations from the construction team

Detailed analysis of windfarm performance to communicate priorities and decisions

Preparation of the monthly reporting of technical, safety, O&M metrics, risk & opportunities, etc

Windfarm Compliance assessment and control

Promote innovation at Grimsby Hub and Windfarm level

Create decision papers for investment with engagement at a technical working (group) level

Report on interaction with local community and other external stakeholders such as TCE, OFTO and local authorities

Establish and maintain a sustainable relationship with potential investors

Focus on driving cost reduction, performance and safety improvements

The key skills needed for this role:

Masters or relevant Engineering, Business & Finance or relevant Degree

Project Management knowledge/qualification

Experience in the energy business, particularly within the wind industry.

A proven background in asset operations within a utility or similar is beneficial

Very good understanding about technical, HSE, commercial and legal topics in wind farm operations

Experience in project-, supplier- and contract management, sound understanding about applicable laws

Experience with the management of joint venture constellations or complex stakeholder management

Good communication skills

Strong analytical skills
