Job Details

Manage projects/teams, assign work, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsites/costs/budgets, lead teams, value engineering, and change orders

Blueprints, plans/specs, scopes, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, contracts, coordination, quality control, building codes, safety, and closeout

Working with project planning/financials, scheduling, timelines, materials, GC/client/sub relationships, and cost controls

Requirements:

4+ years managing commercial drywall/metal framing projects $1M+

Experience with OST/QuickBid is a plus
