Order Processing and Inside Sales Executive - Full Time - Manila, Philippines

We are looking for an Order Processing and Inside Sales Executive to join our Services Business Unit division based at Phillipines.

Purpose of the Job

To undertake the processing and support of Services orders in accordance with customer and Sulzer requirements. As an inside sales executive, working with sales leadership to coordinate sales related reportings.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for processing and management of customer orders, including customer order review, confirmation of compliance to Sulzer tender, commercial review and order entry to ERP system

Liaison with customer, agents, Sales and Tendering for order clarification as appropriate

Issue of order acknowledgement to customers

Liaison with Operations for order execution as appropriate

Status update on order progress for customers

Responsibility to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied whilst meeting Sulzer objectives

Ensure the timely handover of order related documentation to Operations, Engineering etc. appropriate

Work within guidelines & procedures in accordance per Sulzer policies and regulations

Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection and continual improvement

Carry out invoicing in accordance with contractual terms

Collaborate with SEA sales leadership to consolidate sales forecasts and plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and resource allocation.

Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track sales performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to sales leadership.

Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.

All other duties as relevant to adminstration

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Minimum Degree in related discipline

3-5 years relevant order processing and sale administration experience within related industry

Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment

Supplier/Customer management experience

Experience with CRM tool
