Primary duties:
• As L2 should bridge the gap between L1,L3 and other support tracks
• Should be able to understand complex Design and able to perform day to day activities.
• Actively provide suggestion & improvement plans
• As a L2 should be able to coordinate with Infrastructure support tracks in an event of Critical Situation and drive towards solution
• Provide solution to High priority Incidents
• Provide floor support to fellow L1 engineers with respect to technical queries
• Support and handle escalations which comes through Data Center / component teams.
• Should be able to Perform Analysis on various Alerting mechanism, identify top talker, assist with debugging, analysis, and optimization in a cloud-agnostic environment.
• Prepare improvement plan to for the overall infra health.
• Follow On call and escalation process while handling Incidents and provide improvement through automation and process improvement
• Prepare SOP for daily activities, bugs.
• Implement ITIL Framework where applicable
• Partner with External, Mind Tree and Vendor teams to provide guidance and best practices around scalability, reliability, and performance of Infrastructure and services
• Deliver impact while fostering strong and inclusive collaboration with engineering teams and partner teams
• Should be able to utilize PowerShell scripts to perform day to day activities along with error proofing steps
• Scalability in terms of learning complex activities and perform without any human error
• Should be able to support in 24/7 shifts
