We're currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the Technology team at our Mumbai office.

Every major revision and/or addition of features will be routed to you for quality assessment and will only be launched once you give the go ahead! Your job is to ensure that every change and new functionality is consistent with its scope, is of sound logic, and meets the users' requirements.

Looking for DevOps engineer with a minimum of 4 years' experience with Linux based systems.

Your responsibilities include

Managing ubuntu linux servers.

Design and management of AWS products and services like VPC, EC2, ELB, Route53, RDS, S3, ElasticCache, Dynomodb and more.

Managing system resources using Ansible, puppet, chef or similar configuration management tools.

Writing scripts for procurement, configuration and deployment of instances; for managing system admin taksks

Design, installation and management of and maintenance of third party software like JIRA, Nagios, Zabbix, Selenium etc.

Managing git repositories.

Managing nginx and apache servers

Managing Jenkins CI.

Managing high availability, low latency applications.

Focus on security best practices to ensure assist in security and compliance activities.

You fit the bill if you have

Experience

4+ Years

Skills Required

Experience with setting up, configuring and using Jenkins or any CI tools.

Experience in web server configuration, monitoring, network design and high availability.

Thorough understanding of DNS, VPN, postfix, Linux user management.

Thotough experience with Linux and one or more of the following distros Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL

Thorough understanding of networking. Understanding of all common services and protocols.

Bash scripting and excellent handle on any one of the following: python, perl, Java, Python.

Experience with git and managing git repositories using on premise stash/bitbucket

Exposure with one or more of the following: memcached, redis, rabbitMQ, mongoDB.

Experience with package management and deployments.

Skills Preferred

Experience with JIRA API.

AWS with VPC experience is preferred.

Experience with NewRelic.

Experience with SOLR, Hadoop, elasticsearch, log stash etc.

Experience with Varnish, APC or similar automatic caching system.

Experience with Linux containers and/or Docker

Experience with Vagrant

Managing MySQL service and replication.
