Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Performance Marketing Manager at Kavipushp. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external partners. While the role is based in Gwalior, there is flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, and campaign optimization.

Expertise in utilizing various digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in using marketing analytics and tracking tools to measure and report on campaign performance.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and timelines.

Knowledge of the fashion industry and understanding of the wedding market is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
