Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller at EdHike located in Lucknow. As a Telecaller, your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls to potential students or parents, providing information about our educational services, answering questions, and assisting with the enrollment process. You will also be responsible for maintaining a database of leads, following up with potential clients, and achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to persuade and convince others

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with computer applications and CRM software

Ability to work in a team

Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
