Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating their financial information, analyzing market trends, and recommending loan options. They will also guide clients through the loan application process, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with mortgage lending regulations.

Qualifications

Licensed Loan Officer in Ohio

Loan Officers, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending experience

Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and loan products

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to analyze financial information and make sound lending decisions

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Proficiency in mortgage loan origination software
