So, what’s the role all about?

The Professional Services Engineer will become both the client and NICE representative, acting as application administrator and implementation manager for customer requests. You are expected to be an expert and advocate, delivering high-quality implementations, analysis, support, and many more to clients across the globe. You will provide implementation, quality assurance, and support to our new and existing clients globally.

How will you make an impact?

Drive Client Success: Manage Day 2 Move, Add, Change requests to ensure smooth NICE platform adoption for clients.

Expert Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver expert NICE solution design and implementation.

Optimize Customer Journeys: Leverage data and expertise to define, build, test, and optimize automated customer journeys.

Streamline Integrations: Configure, test, and deploy SaaS integrations based on client needs, ensuring seamless operation.

Data-Driven Strategies: Develop and implement NICE optimization strategies using data analysis and deep product knowledge.

Knowledge Sharing: Support new team members and provide on-call support to global customers.

Have you got what it takes?

3+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or consulting, with a CS, Business Analytics, and Data Analytics degree.

Proficient in data analysis, SQL, and basic programming languages/data structures.

Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for learning and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Open to working on a flexible scheduling arrangement.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Expertise in data extraction, summarization, and integration tools; proficient in JavaScript, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Python.

Skilled in using Excel and BI tools like Tableau.
