Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at TELCOSCLOUD Private Limited. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and prospecting new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Understanding of the telecommunications industry
Knowledge of customer communication API platforms
Have knowelwdge about WhatsApp, RCS, SMS and Voice(VoIP)
Goal-oriented and driven to exceed targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the telecom or technology industry is a plus
