Manager Direct Tax

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related activities in the organization. You will help us stay tax-compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws.

Responsibilities

Support in preparation and filing of tax returns, tax audit and other forms

Examining DTAA for determination of witholding tax rate u/s 195

Giving opinions on various matters relating to Income-tax

Preparation of Transfer Pricing study

CbcR compliance

Liaison with income-tax officers for income-tax assessment, appeals, revision/rectification petitions, Lower TDS proceedings, etc

Publishing articles and updates on various matters relating to income-tax

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant

5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience

Strong communication and analytical skills
