Job Highlights

Monitoring the entire infrastructure of the various Documentum environments. Troubleshooting of simple and known errors during operation

1st level support for all Documentum environments.

Ticket recording, routing and processing depending on severity.

Maintenance support for all deployed software.

Supplementing and developing new HowTos and documentation in the area of Documentum server support as well as in the area of user support

Requirements

Specific Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related analytical and technical discipline

Work Experience: 3 - 5 years

Microsoft Windows Server

cmd / PowerShell / Notepad ++

Apache HTTP Server / Apache Tomcat

Oracle Database

Java Runtime Environment

Microsoft Server Management Tools

Microsoft Office Suite

Documentum tools & Service Now

Special Skills:

Analytical skills are necessary to basically understand the business requirements and the setup of our Documentum landscape.

Understanding of a modern software architecture based on a Windows environment.
